There is some very nice detail in places here, well done. You have covered everything that is needed although you can add some more specific details and justifications throughout too.
To improve: - add specific details such as why we log on with mediax, why we rename folders when they've been copied, why we export in certain formats and what requirements need to be met to do it. The settings in Premiere can also be addressed as can the locations of programs etc.
